Arosa, I can only recommend what I use and is effective for me. for dark circles, I suggest the following: first, drink min. 3 glasses of water per day to keep your skin hydrated. secondly sleep, min. of 8 hours. the lack of it will produce dark circles, or worse third, I use a product called Extreme Eye Rescue by Isabella Pelle http://www.isabellapelle.com/eyewrinklecream.html This worked very well for me, and my mother. With regard to hydrolyze? Do not know about it. If you must ask yourself: "What are the side effects?" This is probably something I would not use.
