I just want to add on a few things since I ran out of time in the video ^__^ What I demonstrated was a lymphatic drainage massage. The basic concept of it is to push all the excess fluids and toxins away from the face and toward the core of our body. Therefore, not only will this massage help with our undereye area, it will also aid in? reducing water retention in the face. Lastly, it’s important to remember that the biggest factors are still genetics and lifestyle, so be nice to ur body =] Exercise & eat well!!
