How to get rid of dark circles and puffs

Many people suffer from dark circles under or around the eyes. Dark circles under eyes make people look tired and exhausted, if not unhealthy, and can occur due to a wide variation of reasons. Dark circles eyes happen to people in all ages groups but seem to occur more in women (eye care basics).

This tutorial is perfect if you want to get rid of those dark circles or puffs underneath the eyes NATURALLY. I found this exercise in a Korean cosmetic book and thought it was worth a try. Hopefully, you will see results in a few weeks or months. This is not an instant remedy but will help if you stay committed to this exercise. There will be more tips at the end

I have tried to look up information on how to get rid of the bags under my eyes to no avail, and alas I have turned to you, YOUTUBE! Everything that I have searched tends to be the discoloration of dark circles under the eyes or puffyness but that is not what I seem to have. To me, it looks more like a line that starts at my inner eye and drags down. it is pretty visible & appears whether or not I am rested. Is this ageing? A deficiency in vitamins? is it Stress?
I can’t seem to figure it out, so if you guys could help out by commenting it would be much appreciated. You can really see the bags at the end of the video
