I just want to add on a few things since I ran out of time in the video ^__^ What I demonstrated was a lymphatic drainage massage. The basic concept of it is to push all the excess fluids and toxins away from the face and toward the core of our body. This is video response to Lynn who asked how to hide the dark circles under her eyes with makeup.
Mineral makeup is best for hiding flaws. It’s coverage is solid without feeling like you have too much makeup on.
Light reflectors are inside most mineral powder foundation formulations, which reflect light and give the appearance of flawless skin to the eye.
Dark circles are usually heriditty. We’re just plain born with it. I have them, as several of my friends. Sometimes though, if you don’t get enough sleep, or eat correctly, these dark areas become the prominant part of your face.

When you use skin treatments you can really reduce the color of the circles over a month or two and that will make your cosmetic application job a lot easier.
When you apply your makeup, use Mineral Makeup. You will get more coverage this way without using much product.
Apply your mineral powder foundation like you normally do, then take a small foundation brush and dip it into the foundation and ’spot apply’ foundation like you would a conceler to your dark circle area. Most foundation are yellow based, and yellow hides or counteracts blue/brown that circles tend to be.
Use just a bit, add more only if necessary, and apply to the inside half of the bottom of the eye. Try to stay away from applying more foundation to the outter sides of your under eye, as most people with fine lines and wrinkes (like me) will not like the result.
