The only thing I can think of is apply a cotton ball soaked in olive oil or canola oil to everywhere you applied makeup and wait 5 minutes before washing it off. It washes off best in the shower, and will wash right off. If it doesn't, just apply some more olive oil underneath your eyes and wash it off.
References :
me: a frequent wearer of dark eye makeup

This will 100% work on taking it off. Marykay eye make up remover. It doesnt hurt when it gets in your eyes. It works good. And the make up gets there just from falling and blinking. You can stop it.Just dont put it on so think and you wont have as much to take off.
References :
Before you apply make up make sure you put a primer all over and under your eye so that when you apply mascara, eyeshadow, and eyeliner it stays and doesn't smudge or anything.

If you want to remove your eye make up, the best eye make up that you can get is olive oil. Olive oil is really good for your eyes. It removes make up very easily, and it makes your eyes really smooth.

i hope this helped!
References :
me

Well to keep it it from going under your eyes is to apply a certain kind of primer to the top of the eye and then the eyeliner so it stays in place. To make the mascarastay in place put primer on the lashes first. Sometimes when I need to take makeup off and keep it in place I put tape on under the eye very gently, wpe off the makeup and then peel the tape off when Im done. Hope this helps!
References :
Experience
