Can you et permanent dark circles under your eyes?

I havent had much sleep lately because i have been worried about my sunken under eyes. And tomorrow i am gonna be going over to my brothers house and will probably be up all night. Can my dark circles become permanent? School i coming up and i need to know. Please help me! :[

i think they’re temporary. you can buy creams to lighten them though.
