I’m sleeping reguarly and almost always for at least seven hours, so I’m geting enough sleep, but I still have dark circles under my eyes. Why?
There are so many reasons you could have dark circles under your eyes. Yes, lack of sleep is one but you may susceptible to dark circles due to things beyond your control. For instance, heredity is one factor often overlooked. If others in your family have dark circles, chances are you will too.
Allergies and certain medications can also be causes. If you rub your eyes a lot because of allergies, then your eyes will become red and puffy. Soon after, the skin around your eyes will start drying out creating a purplish, baggy look. Certain medications can affect hormones in your body that produce chemicals that keep the skin looking healthy. Always talk to your doctor about medications you take and what side effects they may have.

There are two major causes for the dark circles under your eyes either you need more iron (try a vitamin) or you need more sleep seeing that you sleep regularly i would go with the vitamin.
