how do you get rid of dark circles under eyes?

my teenage daughter has been having too many late nights and sleeps in until lunchtime for the past 2 weeks in the holidays, she has got puffy under eyes and dark circles, any tips on how to get this sorted and back to normal?

She probably has bags not darck circles. She needs to be elevated when she sleeps. Take two or three pillows and put them under her when she goes to sleep. She needs to drink a lot of liquid. It also has something to do with eating healthy.

the best way really is to make sure you get enough sleep every night, don’t smoke, don’t drink too much, and that you drink enough water.

early nights and early to rise for a few weeks
garnier have a roller ball which is meant to be good for this
drink plenty of water too

She should sleep well and also try cucumber
cut 2 thin slices of cucumber and put them on her eyes and leave them for about 10-20 mins and do it at least once every 3 days and they should go as this makes dark areas go light

Have her try using a face mask to sleep with [ the liquid gel kind ] & also these dark circles are actually popped bloody vessels so elevate her head.
