I am a man and i am already using Biotherm products for the under eye are for puffiness and wrinkles, and although it works well with wrinkles it is only minimal for puffiness and not long lasting. I do have dark circles so IF this product does work with under eye circles is it still ok for me to use the Biotherm product for wrinkles?

Both products reduce dark circles but are not a concealer. They work very well with makeup and can be used with a concealer if desired.

If you are asking if the serum and cream are only a temporary fix, the answer is no. The products produce long term effects. The under-eye tissue improves the more you use them.
