Do you soak the tea bags? Boil them? Keep them dry? What tea is best? How long should you keep them on? All night? 20 minutes? Please help!

never put anything warm on ur eyes put them in ice cold water then on ur eyes it will depuff. green tea works best

there is nothing you can do to get rid of dark circles unfortunatly. many products promis that they will, but dont waste your money. THEY WONT WORK. there are products tho that can help, but wont make them vanish completly. however puffyness under your eyes is alot more curable and most under eye creams and treatments will help with that. exspecially the ones with the rolly metal ball on the end.
