Everybody gets dark circles. Sometimes it’s genetic, sometimes it’s just lack of sleep. All you need is a good concealer and some eye cream.
Keep in mind that I use these produces regularly and they have really helped:
I don’t get much sleep, so I have dark circles. I started using Clinique All About Eyes eye gel, and it visibly reduced puffiness and discoloration below my eyes within one week. I highly recommend this product. It is light, gentle, and smooth and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I can apply it over my lids and under my eyes.
I also use MAC Studio Finish Concealer (I use this product on my blemishes all over my face as well as under my eyes). I only need a dab to COMPLETELY camouflage any darkness below my eyes. This concealer works wonders. It never broke me out and I highly recommend it.

Same here. Believe me their are no surgeries to get rid of dark circles. I’ve looked. The best thing to do is to use concealer and eye creams. That’s what I do. Besides look at the bright side you can pull off a great smokey eye

The spoon trick is good for puffiness but doesn’t really do much for dark circles. I don’t really remember how successful I was with Preparation H but I do remember that it was not absorbed readily by my skin so I never continued using it.

So far, limiting sugar and caffeine in my diet along with drinking lots of water helps, as well does taking a multi-vitamin daily. I also never rub or poke around my eyes. Sleep is VERY important, too. Using an eye cream or gel 2x daily helps as well. Make sure that you get one that at least has vitamin b5 and vitamin e. If you have problems with bags also make sure that you use a gel, as the cooling effect helps with bagginess. Caffeine containing eye creams/gels are my favorite. Green tea is another ingredient that is great for helping to lessen the appearance of dark circles.

Use a liquid concealer that contains light reflecting particles before applying foundation. Concealers that are designed to target the undereye area are usually the best as they not only conceal but also often contain ingredients that help fight dark circles and puffiness through out the day.

Remember that also sometimes dark circles are hereditary, as in my case. You can minimize hereditary circles but nothing short of surgery will take them completely away.

Wellllllll, bad under eye cirlces are hereditary (if it doesn’t have to do with the sleep)

So if the make up isn’t helping, that’s not good!

But maybe the makeup isn’t right. Go for a concealer that is one tone lighter than your actually skin color, and make sure to apply correctly, to not make the condition worse.

Try to get some more sleep and maybe even a little sun (make sure to wear sunscreen though!)
eat fruits and veggies, and get some vitamins!

it is not because i am tired, it is because my mascara leaves dark spots underneath my eyes

buy zinc. it costs but its SO good for you in the long run.
