I was told I have an irregular heartbeat and I’m currently going through cardiac tests – I just had an ECHO done and I have a stress test scheduled in acouple days. I have TERRIBLE dark circles under my eyes and I’m always tired/weak. Could my heart be to blame?

Probably not directly. But the dark circles are the result of dehydration – so is the fatigue.

If you drink more water, the dark circles will clear up and you’ll be less fatigued. Also, it would greatly help your heart condition.

I have dark circles under my eyes. How are they caused? How do I prevent them? How do I get ride of them?

The usual cause is allergies, tiredness, or, unfortunately, heredity. No matter what the cause, you can still reduce the appearance of puffiness or dark circles.

Go to bed earlier or reduce the amount of caffeine in your diet in order to get the rest you need. Try applying cucumber slices, damp caffeinated tea bags, or an ice cube wrapped in a soft washcloth to your eyes for 10-15 minutes each day.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and keep hydrated by drinking lots of water…

Hi im 17 and i work at a call center and i come home at about 1 am and i usually fall asleep around 3am and i wake up around 2pm so if you count that that’s about 11 hours daily and I have dark circles under my eyes and some kind of sunken look i would’ve posted pics but i cant upload them.. But anyways does oversleeping cause dark circles? or is it because i should be going to sleep earlier like at 10 pm? Is there anything i can do about this? thanks for the help.

Dark circles under your eye’s is caused by dehydration, blood vessels breaking under your eyes, or if your rubbing your eyes if your tired. The answer would be yes, but not for the reasons your thinking.

The next day at school was too awkward.
Selena wasnt in class, since she was with my dad getting the tramits of the adoption. Miley was at school, but she wasnt Miley. She looked like a mess.
Her eyes had mascara all over, she fall asleep in almost every class, and her eyes were puffy.
Nick? I didnt even wanted to look at him, but he was a ghost too.
You could see dark rings under his eyes. But what you could really tell, was that he wasnt the nick he used to be. His clothes. He was wearing ripped jeans and a plain tee, when he used to be the guy to wear nice clothes even for school. He didnt even bother to pay attention in class.
This was a mess.
“I dont think he could sleep last night” Joe told me as we made our way to the cafeteria.
“I heard him playing guitar all night long” He said and kissed my cheek. Joe seemed tired too.
We saw nick sitting alone with his foon infront, but he didnt even touch it.
“Im gonna check on him” He said and walked to his brother. It was the right thing to do.
Even though what nick did was unacceptable, he was still Joes brother. He should be there for him.
I simled and sat on a table next to Jenn. We were still friends, but our relationship wasnt as it used to be.
“Hey!” She said smiling as I sat next to her. “Tired of drama?” She asked me and I nodded as I took a bite of my sandwich.
I spotted selena walking inside, so I stood up and rushed over to her.
“Lena!” I said as I hugged her. She looked perfectly fine, as if she didnt carea aboout the Nick issue.
“Selena Lovato” She said extending her hand to me.” Nice metting you” She said smiling. The moment I heard her saay ..Lovato I screamed excited.
“Were officially sisters!” She said and we laughed until we noticed that some were staring.
We walked to an empty table and then, I heard Joe and Nick fighting.
I needed to take selena out of there.
Joe stood up and walked outside of the cafeteria angrily.
“Sorry Sel, ill be right back” I said and ran behind Joe.
Once the red doors of the cafeteria closed behind me, I ran faster and placed my hand on Joes shoulder.
“Are you okay?” I asked him catching my breath.
He turned to look at me, and he did really look angry. I made him sit on a bench next to me without talking.
He was staring at the front, trying to calm himself. I didnt push him into talking, cause I knew he didnt want to.
Instead, I took his hand and placed it against mine.
His wide hand with long fingers made my hand look fragile and vulnerable.
After a few seconds, I felt Joes hand alive again. He bent his fingers till it touched mine, and then smiled at me.
I kissed his cheek and then started playing with his hair.
“HEs yor brother Joe” I said and he sighted.
“Its not that” He said and looked at me.
“He doesnt want miley to have the baby” He said and waited for my reaction.
“He wants Miley to abort?!” I told him calmly but with the importance needed.
He nodded silently and then placed his arm around my shoulder.
“Lets forget about it at least for today” Joe said and placed his lips on mines.
I smiled and then we both walked inside the cafeteria hand in hand.
The moment we walked inside the cafeteria, I could sense the tension in the room.
But what I wasnt expected, was Nicholas sitting on a table, playing his guitar, staring at Selena, obviously. But she didnt even bother looking at him.
“Im staring at the mess I made, as you turn, you take your heart and walk away.”

Dam I feel all sticky I guess I’ll take a shower as soon as the hot water hit my body I felt my nipples erect and I slowly started to rub myself thinking about Demi the whole time. I got out of the shower and dried myself completely. I laid in my bed trying to fall back asleep but all I could think about was Demi and I already knew that I wasn’t going to get any sleep until the next day.

In the morning

Miley: I woke up with dark circles around my eyes I didn’t get any sleep yesterday and I’m feeling exhausted now. I made my way down stairs and got some cereal to eat. I saw my mom with a mad look on her face.

MM: I have to go to a business trip for a whole month!!
