Any ideas on what causes dark circles under the eyes on a 2 year old?

Posted on July 11th, 2010 by admin

My little one has always had the dark veins under the eyes. She’s long and thin. The doctor always said it’s normal and that they should go away eventually. She has never shown any signs of any other problems. I’m sure that she sleeps enough and she shows no signs of allergies. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this or had any ideas.

Maybe shes having trouble sleeping or not sleeping as much as you might think. Thats all I realy know about it. But it doesnt sound like something abnormal at all.

How do I get rid of dark circles under my eyes?

Posted on June 19th, 2010 by admin

I have bad sinus which causes dark circles under my eyes, and for the skin under my eyes to look sunken, if you know what I mean. I’m only 14 and it annoys me to have my eyes like this. Is there any home remedies for me?
Thanks!

If you sleep on a regular schedule, you’ll really see a major improvement. Try sleeping on your back so the fluids won’t seep into your face. Something I’ve heard forever might also work, but I don’t know how permanent it is: put a spoon in the fridge and press it against your circles when you need to! Concealer will help as well. Revlon has a good one.

What causes dark circles under the eyes, besides allergies and lack of sleep, and is there a way to get rid of them? Makeup doesn’t cover them at all.

Usually caused by lack of sleep or stress, just try to get more sleep and they will go away. Some more details are at my source if you wish to review them.

As a person ages the skin covering your eyelids thins out, which may cause the blood vessels to become more apparent. This gives the lower eyelids a darker appearance. It’s also possible that thin eyelids can be inherited. Dark eyelids can also be caused from swelling in your lower eyelids. When you’re lying down, gravity causes fluid to collect in your lower eyelids, which may create shadows below your eyes.
